Naming conventions CS-libraries

	  e Evaluation version (NOT in the commercial version.)

Example:

   CSBWCD.LIB
      This the library for Borland, for 16 bits Windows,
      Compact memory model the Debug version.

Only one of these libraries needs to be linked in at any time!
